GENERAL TERMS
Our products, prices and terms are subject to change without prior notice.
RETURNS
Parts that have been modified, used, dirtied or have parts missing cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.
All returned items are subject to a 25% restock/reboxing fee. Returned items must be received within 30 days of purchase and MUST HAVE BEEN ISSUED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER which must be clearly written on the shipping label of the return package.
Special Orders are NOT returnable.
SHIPPING
All orders within the continental U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground. Hawaii and Alaska an Puerto Rico ship two-day air ONLY. We will ship worldwide, but you must email us first to work out shipping details and costs for your approval before we will ship.
In case of a damaged or lost shipment, you must file a claim with the shipper in accordance with their terms.
ORDERING
We strive to process and ship within 48 hours all orders for in-stock items . Low volume or out of stock items can take up to two weeks.
Special ordered items (like Seats) will take between 6-8 weeks to fill. Please plan accordingly.
